With a warm and welcoming style, this modern hotel is well located in the famous Gran Vía of Madrid, close to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza de España.

In the commercial heart of the city, you will be very near the Triangle of Arts, formed by the El Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen Bornemisza museums. Near public transport, you can find your way around the city with minimal hassle.

Service, location, room decorations, cosmetics supplied

As throughout Europe, the showers only had 1/2 doors and water leaked onto the floor. Not big problem but annoying. Nothing new in Europe

Excellent, very friendly staff. Beautifull, comfortable rooms. Brilliant location. Much better hotel than the one recommended to us by our travel agent.

it was excellent as it was really in the city proper. we like it very much

Only when we ask them to give us a wake up call for our departure but not done. But the personnel staff are really very good.

First thay offer you brecfast in room however thay do not even collect the orders from the door in the assigned time; Second thay do not speek any other language than spanish or french

Cleaniliness of the room

Room too small, not enough storage for clothes, no mirror in main room, additional costs for internet with own computer. Expensive for total package. Expected fitness suite to include some gym equipment.
