Sightseeing, shopping (all the shops are near by) the hotel staff can help you plan your trips, This was our frist time in Madrid and the hotel staff took time to listen and recommned places to go to and see.

We could not fault anything about the hotel from our time of arrival to departure the staff were friendly , the location is close to everything , shops, restuarants , and take the site seeing bus to see this glorious city. Are we coming back ... oh yes for sure. Never had time to try the hotel restaurant but do try the breakfast menu - a good start to the day at this marvelous hotel

Hotel was very nice! Especially impressed by the front desk staff. Upon arrival in Madrid, we saw a poster for a show we wanted to see, and not being local, wern't certain how to get tickets. The man at the front desk went the extra mile, phoning the ticket office and attempted to get us the best possible tickets. Although we wern't able to get the tickets, we were floored at the extra mile taken!
