we have stayed before in a standard room but the service and facilities of the club rooms are fantastic. The VIP lounge was wonderful and the massage included in the offer was a great bonus

It was excellent during our stay(as ''club'' registration)and the most advantage was that we could use the internet access thorough our own pc devise.

It would be much better if the breakfast meals at the club room could be much selective (the selection of the meal were a bit poor, only bread, ham, and cheese.. Only for adults were enough, but with younger children a bit difficult to select...)

Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. No complaints here though.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful starting with the front desk upon check in. Our transatlantic flight arrived a couple of hours earlier than the standard check in time but the front desk was very accomodating and allowed us to check in early. The Concierges picked excellent restaurants and even made the reservations for us..

Air Conditioning was kind of weak, and they had a lot of trouble with the internet connection due to excessive demand, but they handled the problem very professionally and gave me full credit for the internet charge.

Everything was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. Very quiet as that is very important to me as I'm a light sleeper. the food was great and so was the spa. I would definitely go back.
