the bathroom area was too small. I also feel that in today's world - wi-fi should be included in the cost of the room.

pretty good location, very clean, very helpful staff, good service, easy to use remote for turning on/off the light/airconditioning system

a bit expensive, but beeing in the leading hotels of the world list might add a bit to the price. normal room which was the cheapest is a bit to small and the bang & olufsen tv is not really a thrill

The staff were very pleasant and our room had everything we needed.

My only complaint would be the breakfast. The hot food was actually cold and I think it was a bit over priced.

Lobby of hotel could be updated for a 5 star hotel. Food prices quite high..........coffee over 6 euros!

The ideal hotel in the right place! (excellent location). It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca).

It was shown at the hotel's site the Premium room square is approximately 30 m2. The real square of the Premium room where I stayed was around 14 m2. The furniture was damaged. I left this hotel in the morning, though I planned to stay there 3 nights.
